Position : RCM Manager
location📍: Smartvillage ,October
Onsite , Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full revenue cycle process.
* Monitor and improve RCM KPIs and financial performance.
* Oversee claims submission, denial management, and collections.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements.
* Lead and develop the RCM team.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and insurance providers to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

*Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
* 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within the healthcare sector.
* Previous leadership experience in RCM, Approvals ,Billing, or Insurance operations.
* Strong knowledge of medical billing, claims, reimbursement, and denial management.
* Experience in the UAE healthcare market is highly preferred.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
