American Hospital Dubai is expanding, and we are looking for a Physician Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🏥 Organization: American Hospital Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment of physicians (Consultants & Specialists)
• Partner with clinical leadership to understand hiring needs
• Source and attract high-caliber candidates (local & international)
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements (DHA/DOH/MOH)

Requirements:
• Proven experience in physician / healthcare recruitment
• Strong understanding of licensing and credentialing processes in the UAE
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
