We’re Hiring: HR Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to join our healthcare team and play a key role in driving our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate performance management and training programs
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 3–5 years of HR experience (healthcare experience preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
