Location: Sharjah -Al Taawun Area

We are seeking an experienced and strategic results-driven ARABIC Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead and optimize our end-to-end revenue cycle operations and drive financial performance across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring financial stability, compliance, and efficient reimbursement across our healthcare services, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all RCM functions including registration, coding, billing, collections, and denial management

•Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow, reduce AR days, and increase clean claim rates

•Ensure compliance with payer contracts, regulatory standards, and industry best practices

•Lead high-performing RCM teams and oversee vendor partnerships

•Analyze performance metrics and prepare financial and operational reports

•Collaborate with clinical, compliance, and IT teams to streamline workflows

•Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)

•7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management

•Proven leadership experience in a director or senior management role

•Strong knowledge of payer rules, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and healthcare regulations

•Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

•Proven ability to lead transformation and deliver measurable financial results

•Extensive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management

•Strong command of reimbursement methodologies, payer relations, and regulatory compliance
