We’re Hiring: Senior IVF Medical Coder
📍 Location: First IVF, Abu Dhabi

Join one of the region’s leading fertility centers and play a vital role in supporting clinical excellence, compliance, and patient care. We are looking for an experienced Senior IVF Medical Coder with strong expertise in fertility and ART services to strengthen our revenue cycle and coding accuracy.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
Assign accurate ICD-10-AM, CPT, and DOH/HAAD-compliant codes for IVF, ART, obstetrics, gynecology, laboratory, and surgical procedures
Review and validate clinical documentation for fertility treatments including IVF, ICSI, IUI, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, cryopreservation, and related services
Ensure full compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi regulations, insurance guidelines, and payer-specific requirements
Act as a subject matter expert for IVF coding, reimbursement, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, nursing, billing, and revenue cycle teams to resolve documentation and coding queries
Conduct coding audits, identify risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Support denial management through coding reviews and appeals support
Stay current with coding updates, regulatory changes, and fertility-specific billing practices
Provide mentorship and quality oversight to junior coding staff
Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality, ethical standards, and data protection policies

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or a related field
5+ years of medical coding experience, with strong exposure to IVF / fertility services
Certified coder (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred
In-depth knowledge of DOH Abu Dhabi regulations and UAE insurance coding standards
Proven experience in ART, OB-GYN, and laboratory coding
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
