Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar or Dammam for an Insurance Doctor. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and processing patient insurance claims, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring full compliance with insurance policies and regulatory requirements.

The Insurance Doctor will work closely with medical teams to review clinical documentation, provide medical justifications and recommendations, and maintain accurate and compliant records. The role also requires effective communication with insurance companies to facilitate timely approvals, clarifications, and claim resolutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of medical insurance policies, claims processing, and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in analyzing medical documentation and providing informed recommendations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with insurance companies and medical teams
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and compliance documentation
• Proficiency in relevant medical and office software systems
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and patient-centered environment
• Medical degree with relevant certification and licensing in compliance with Saudi Ministry of Health regulations
• Prior experience in medical insurance or healthcare administration is highly desirable
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
