Misr Life Insurance – Takaful, established in 2022, represents a pivotal development in Egypt’s insurance sector. Backed by prominent financial institutions such as Misr Insurance Holding Company, National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, Misr Life Insurance, and Misr Insurance, the company began with an initial capital of 150 million EGP. It aims to redefine the life insurance industry, particularly in the realm of Sharia-compliant takaful insurance. Certified by the Financial Regulatory Authority (Decision No. 1982 for the year 2022), Misr Life Insurance – Takaful is authorized to provide life and long-term medical insurance services in alignment with Islamic values in Egypt.
Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo for the role of أخصائي مبيعات – تامينات حياة (Sales Specialist – Life Insurance). The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting life insurance and takaful products, and building long-term relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting product presentations, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also be expected to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends and actively participate in training programs.
Qualifications

• Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Sales and the ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Product Knowledge to confidently present and explain life insurance and takaful solutions
• Willingness to participate in Training sessions and adapt to evolving industry practices
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
