This is a full-time ( Incentive Basis) , on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Life Insurance Agent will work with individuals and businesses to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored life insurance solutions. Responsibilities include identifying new clients, fostering relationships with existing clients, conducting financial assessments, presenting insurance products, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires providing excellent customer service throughout the policy lifecycle to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Insurance or Sales is must
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage, with knowledge of best practices and relevant regulations.
• Understanding of Finance principles and the ability to provide sound financial advice to clients.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of Insurance products and solutions, with the ability to communicate complex terms effectively.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic insurance environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the life insurance sector or a related field is required.
