Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Insurance Sales Specialist will focus on offering tailored insurance products, managing customer relationships, and providing expert advice on a range of services including life insurance, health insurance, and wealth management solutions. The role also involves the preparation of insurance packages, detailed customer consultations, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in Insurance Sales and Brokerage
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance and Health Insurance products
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor insurance solutions to client needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in working with digital tools for sales and customer relationship management
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
