Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson in Insurance based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance products, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about industry trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets through strategic approaches and consultations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Sales, and Insurance knowledge
  • Expertise in Customer Service and building long-term client relationships
  • Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage practices and processes
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
