Job Summary:

This role is responsible for executing health insurance sales activities by identifying and qualifying customer opportunities, conducting outbound calls, and arranging appointments to achieve sales targets. It focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups to ensure retention and persistence. The role also requires maintaining high performance against sales KPIs, adapting to changes in products and regulations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines while contributing to continuous improvement through market feedback.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design a sales activity plan and determine work methods by setting structured daily/weekly sales targets, prioritizing leads, and planning outreach activities to achieve sales objectives and business growth.
  • Validate customer information to qualify sales opportunities for health business by reviewing customer data, confirming eligibility, and assessing needs through standard qualification criteria to ensure accurate targeting of potential customers and improve conversion rates.
  • Undertake health sales activities by conducting quality phone calls and scheduling customer appointments using approved sales scripts and tools to effectively identify customer needs and close sales opportunities.
  • Create and maintain positive customer relationships by conducting regular follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure business persistence.
  • Comply with relevant legislation and codes of practice and provide market feedback by following regulatory guidelines during all sales activities and sharing customer and product insights with supervisors to ensure compliance and support informed business decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in insurance.
