Nexus Insurance Brokers is one of the largest independent financial advisory firms in the UAE, with over 30 years in the market. We’re growing our Dubai team and looking for motivated professionals who want to do meaningful work and grow with us.

One thing to know upfront: this is a commission-based role. There’s no fixed salary, but also no cap on what you can earn. It suits people who are confident in their abilities and want their income to reflect their effort.

What you’ll do:

• Build and grow your own client base
• Understand each client’s goals through proper fact-finding
• Recommend the right mix of protection, savings, investments, and insurance including personal and commercial lines
• Stay with your clients long-term through regular reviews

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of sales experience (required)
• Graduate degree
• CFP, CII, or CISI certification is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Based in Dubai, open to meeting clients across the UAE
