Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Medicine Specialist located in Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Qatar. The Internal Medicine Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of adult illnesses, providing comprehensive primary care, managing chronic conditions, conducting medical fitness examinations and working closely with other healthcare professionals. Additional responsibilities may include interpreting diagnostic tests, managing patient care plans, and delivering patient education to promote overall health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of adult illnesses
• Medical degree and valid licensure or eligible requirements to practice in Qatar – with minimum of 3 years of clinical experience after your post-graduate degree. This specific experience must be completed in governmental/semi-governmental institutions or training/teaching hospitals.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with other Physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Strong communication, decision-making, and patient management skills
• Experience in using electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on medical advancements
