We are looking for a Lead Recovery Guide to join Seed O2 — a nervous system-led recovery studio designed to help clients regulate, restore, and rebuild.
This is not a traditional massage therapy role. You will play a central part in delivering and shaping recovery protocols that support the body at a deeper, system-wide level.
About the Role
As a Lead Recovery Guide, you will:
• Deliver high-quality, therapeutic bodywork sessions (massage, lymphatic drainage, and recovery-based treatments)
• Guide clients through structured recovery protocols rooted in nervous system regulation
• Take ownership of treatment quality, consistency, and overall client experience
• Support the development, refinement, and implementation of recovery protocols
• Act as a key point of contact on the floor — setting the tone for care, professionalism, and presence
• Educate clients on the “why” behind treatments, building trust and long-term engagement
What We’re Looking For
• Certified massage therapist (lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, or similar training is a strong plus)
• Strong understanding of the nervous system and its role in recovery and healing
• Ability to hold a calm, grounded, and professional presence with clients
• Experience in wellness, recovery, or clinical settings preferred
• A self-starter who takes ownership and leads by example
• Someone who values both structure (protocols) and intuition (client-centered care)
We operate at the intersection of wellness and healthcare, with a strong emphasis on:
• Nervous system regulation as the foundation of healing
• Thoughtful, conservative, and evidence-informed protocols
• A team culture that prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and growth
Why Join Seed O2
• Be part of a forward-thinking recovery concept in Qatar
• Work within the broader Seed ecosystem rooted in functional and integrative care
• Opportunity to grow into a leadership role shaping protocols and standards
