Flexible Part-Time Opportunity with Revenue Share

DPFM Clinic is currently looking for an experienced and passionate DHA Licensed Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time revenue-share basis.

This role is ideal for therapists looking for flexible working days and hours, allowing you to balance other professional commitments while growing your patient base within an established healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality sports and therapeutic massage treatments.
• Support injury prevention, rehabilitation, recovery, and performance enhancement.
• Utilize a variety of massage techniques including:

a. Deep Tissue Massage

b. Trigger Point Therapy

c. Myofascial Release

d. Lymphatic Drainage Massage

e. Pre-Event and Post-Event Sports Massage

f. Relaxation and Recovery Treatments

• Assess soft tissue and musculoskeletal conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Work closely with Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Educate patients on stretching, self-care, and recovery techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Valid DHA License as a Massage Therapist.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Massage Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and sports-related injuries.
• Experience with multiple massage modalities, including deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Passion for patient care and continuous professional growth.
