MedNet Egypt is one of the leading managed care service organizations that cater to healthcare needs. We are looking for a skilled Officer – Billing and collection Administration who will be responsible for administrating of billing and collection on behalf of insurance companies with their policyholders

Your Job

• Produce all types bills according to the agreed process.
• Perform the necessary actions to release adjustment bills and other types with no errors.
• To administer credit control policy as applicable.
• Apply the necessary quality controls process.
• Ensure the application of any specifications as applicable.
• Record all collections in the B&C system correctly.
• Ensure the accuracy of bills as per the expectations of clients and according to the agreed process.
• Produce necessary reports as applicable.
• Reconciliation of bank statements.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance / accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a TPA or insurance company, preferably within an Insurance or a multinational organization.
• Proficient command of the English language.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-centric approach

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
