Role Overview

The Case Manager will play a key role in coordinating patient care, ensuring clinical appropriateness, optimizing utilization, and facilitating smooth transitions throughout the care continuum. The ideal candidate has strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Requirements (2–5 Years of Relevant Clinical Experience)

Experience in one or more of the following areas is required:

• Hospital nursing
• Social work in a long‑term care facility
• Utilization review
• Discharge planning
• Patient care coordination
• Experience in long‑term care rehabilitation is a significant plus.

• Strong patient assessment and clinical evaluation skills
• Good understanding of insurance systems, authorization processes, and UAE healthcare requirements
• Experience with discharge planning and transition-of-care workflows
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in documentation and medical record management
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
