Role Description

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Life Insurance Advisor for a full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing expert advice on life insurance plans, customizing solutions to meet client needs, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, explaining the benefits of various life insurance policies, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, assisting with policy selection, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Advisors are expected to stay updated with insurance market trends and comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in Insurance and Finance, with a deep understanding of life insurance products and solutions.
• Strong Consulting and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships, address inquiries, and provide tailored advice.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
• UAE market experience and knowledge are essential for understanding regional client needs and regulations.
• Relevant professional certifications and a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field are preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proactive attitude, alongside strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
