About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Laboratory Technologist / Laboratory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day technical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality standards across the laboratory. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading technical workflow execution in alignment with DHA and ISO 15189:2022 standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement end-to-end laboratory technical workflows as guided by the Lab Manager and Medical Director.
• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and ISO 15189:2022 protocols.
• Maintain accuracy and adhere to TAT for all laboratory investigations.
• Manage internal and external QC programs; ensure proper equipment maintenance.
• Maintain all mandatory logs, forms, and documentation required by DHA and ISO.
• Oversee supply chain activities, including stock thresholds, consumption tracking, and forecasting.
• Train and upskill laboratory staff; provide timely performance evaluations.
• Support internal audits, quality drills, and CAPA implementation.
• Promote and enforce biosafety and regulatory protocols for all staff.
• Act as the technical point of contact and manage technical operations during the Lab Manager’s absence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• DHA license
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations, QC, and biosafety standards.
• Experience working under ISO 15189:2022 accreditation.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and team supervision skills.
