Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Medical Technologist position based in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Medical Technologist will analyze and interpret lab results, operate complex laboratory equipment, maintain quality control and documentation procedures, and provide technical guidance to laboratory staff. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, participating in research projects, and contributing to continuous process improvements within the lab.

  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment operation
  • Skills in quality control, result analysis, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration capabilities
  • Experience in maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior staff
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field is required, with professional certification preferred
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory, ideally in specialized areas such as oncology, genetics, or transplantation, is a plus
