Laboratory Analyst
Job Summary

Primelab Diagnostics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst with 2–4 years of laboratory experience to join our growing team. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS technology. The ideal candidate will support clinical and analytical testing activities while ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory sample preparation, analysis, and reporting according to SOPs
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers
• Assist in LC-MS/MS testing and troubleshooting procedures
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of laboratory results
• Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records
• Follow laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with laboratory supervisors and technical teams for workflow efficiency
• Participate in method validation and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
• 2–4 years of UAE laboratory experience in clinical, analytical, or diagnostic laboratories
• Knowledge or experience with LC-MS/MS systems is highly preferred
• Familiarity with quality control and laboratory best practices
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in clinical chemistry, toxicology, hormone, vitamin, or newborn screening analysis
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)
• Experience with method development or validation is an advantage
