Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Records Manager at the Makkah Medical Center Hospital located in Makkah. The Medical Records Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization, maintenance, and security of medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, managing health information systems, and ensuring the accuracy and privacy of patient information. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize the efficiency of records management processes and support overall hospital operations.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Health Information Management and comprehensive knowledge of Medical Terminology.
Strong Records Management and documentation skills to ensure the accuracy and organization of medical records.
Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and staff training.
Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with medical staff and other stakeholders.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements and data privacy regulations is highly desirable.
Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
