This role supports our Global Regulatory Affairs initiatives as we build and strengthen our new RA documentation system.

What You Will Do

• Collect, organize, and verify regulatory documents and data requested by the Global RA team.
• Populate, maintain, and routinely update a master Excel tracking sheet with high accuracy.
• Ensure all documents are labeled, structured, and filed in alignment with RA requirements.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on pending or missing documents.
• Support administrative tasks related to regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Contribute to strengthening data quality and consistency for the new RA System.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering). This is a must.
• Strong and fast typing skills with high attention to detail.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or academic exposure to Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience handling structured documentation or data management systems.
