Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative based in Abu Dhabi. The primary responsibilities include promoting and selling ERCOGROUP LLC products to healthcare professionals, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase sales. The representative will provide product knowledge, assist clients in selecting appropriate solutions, manage accounts, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Sales and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of medical or dental devices, particularly GBR-related products like bone grafts, membranes, and implants
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
Organizational and time management skills
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field such as health sciences, biology, or business
Previous experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
Driving license
