Medical Representative – Orthopedics and Traumatology Line
Nature Care – Has Medical Devices Business Unit, focused on Orthopedics and Traumatology, is seeking to hire a full-time Medical Representative based in Riyadh.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell orthopedic and traumatology medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in Riyadh.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical explanations, and in-service training to medical staff.
  • Support surgical procedures by ensuring correct product usage and availability in operating rooms when required.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth within the territory.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, regulatory, and marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in medical events, workshops, and conferences as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Medical Background is preferred (biomedical engineer, pharmacist, nurse, … etc.).
  • 2+ years of sales experience in Riyadh healthcare market
  • Ability to learn quickly and articulate knowledge to customers
  • Previous experience in a similar product line is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ready to work under pressure and overtime.
  • Driving license and personal car.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
