Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Sales Representative, based in Az Zaqāzīq with the flexibility of occasional remote work. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging with healthcare professionals to promote and sell Splendid Pharma’s products. The day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, providing product knowledge, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and representing the company at industry events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and market trends
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for building client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required
