Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nasr City, with flexibility for occasional remote work. As a Medical Representative at Sato Pharma, you will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing territory sales performance, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also stay updated on medical products and industry trends to support knowledge-based consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Medical Sales, including the ability to effectively promote pharmaceutical products and manage territories
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage with healthcare professionals and foster client relationships
• A solid understanding of Medicine and Pharmacy to provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries
• Ability to work in a hybrid role, balancing field tasks and remote responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields
• Previous experience in medical sales or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented attitude
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
