GT Medical is looking for a competitive, proactive, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and achieving revenue growth through effective product promotion, client engagement, and market development.

📍 Job Type: Field-Based Role

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with the sales forecast
• Execute sales and marketing plans effectively within the assigned territory
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage
• Improve product visibility and positioning at customer locations
• Prepare timely sales reports and territory plans as required
• Monitor product shelf life and support stock management to minimize expiry rates
• Share market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on a daily basis
• Stay up to date with product features, new launches, and industry trends

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Results-oriented mindset with solid territory management capabilities
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
