Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Al Manşūrah. The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Pescado Pharmaceuticals’ products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other medical staff. Daily tasks include planning and executing field visits, delivering product presentations, providing scientific information, and ensuring that healthcare providers are updated on product benefits and usage. The role involves building and maintaining strong professional relationships, handling inquiries, and offering responsive customer service to support product adoption. The Medical Representative will also monitor market trends, gather competitor insights, and provide timely feedback to internal teams to support commercial and medical strategies.
Qualifications

• Strong Medical Sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear presentation abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Solid knowledge base in Medicine and/or Pharmacy to confidently discuss products, indications, and clinical information with healthcare professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and plan daily routes and visits in Al Manşūrah.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, CRM or reporting systems, office software) for reporting and documentation.
• Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for field visits, meetings, and events as required.
