Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Alex East , Egypt. The Medical Representative will promote Penta Pharma Egypt’s product portfolio to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders, to increase awareness and responsible usage of the company’s medications. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing regular field visits, presenting product information and clinical data, and organizing or supporting medical meetings, roundtables, and scientific events. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Medical Representative will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, achieve sales targets, and provide accurate reporting and feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, account development, and target achievement.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building trustful, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Solid knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy concepts relevant to generic pharmaceuticals and therapeutic areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare field.
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and handle administrative reporting accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with good written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Alexandria and nearby regions as required.
