Sales Manager / Sales Director | UAE 🚨

Novanos is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Sales Leader with a mandatory Pharma/Aesthetic/Dermatology background to lead our UAE team.

If you do not meet the following NON-NEGOTIABLE criteria, please do not apply:
✅ 10+ Years of Proven Sales Experience: This is mandatory. We need a track record of consistent revenue growth.
✅ Fluent Arabic (MANDATORY): This is essential for market penetration and key account management in the UAE.
✅ Field Sales & Strategy Expertise: You must be a hands-on leader capable of developing and executing a full sales strategy, not just managing reports.

Your Core Mission:
👉 Lead & Grow: Immediately lead a team of 10+ representatives.
👉 Strategic Oversight: Define and execute the sales strategy for significant revenue growth.
👉 Account Management: Directly manage high-value key accounts.
