Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Markaz Sohag. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting MetLife Egypt’s insurance and financial services, and achieving sales targets. The responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, delivering high-quality service, and educating clients on insurance options and coverage. The role also involves staying informed about the company’s products and engaging in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience or strong interest in Sales and Insurance
• Willingness to participate in professional Training and skill development programs
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work on-site at the Markaz Sohag location
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is advantageous
