About the Company
Lifenity International is a healthcare solutions provider in the UAE offering advanced diagnostic and wellness services. We are currently hiring Sales Promoters to support customer engagement activities across Dubai.
Job Purpose
We are seeking confident and target driven Sales Promoters to engage customers, introduce healthcare testing services, and drive bookings. The ideal candidate has prior healthcare or pharma sales experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote healthcare and testing services to customers
• Explain service benefits clearly and professionally
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge
• Ensure brand presentation and professional appearance at all times
• Capture leads and coordinate bookings accurately
• Submit daily sales and activity reports
• Support marketing campaigns and awareness activities

Experience, Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience in Pharma, Wellness, Medical, or Healthcare sales in the UAE is required
• Arabic speakers preferred. English required
• Female candidates only
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales driven mindset
• Presentable and customer focused
• Willing to work across multiple locations in Dubai
• Basic reporting and mobile app usage skills
