Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent based in Markaz Sohag. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, selling insurance products and financial solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients in selecting appropriate plans for their needs. The position also includes delivering product knowledge, offering tailored financial guidance, and meeting sales targets. Remote work will be permitted for a portion of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and address their concerns effectively
• Experience in Sales and an understanding of Insurance products and services
• Ability to provide Training and educate clients on financial and insurance solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-office and remote tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous
