Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Nurse, located in Dubai with some work from home acceptable. The Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients at their homes. Daily tasks include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing wound care, and educating patients and their families about health management and preventative care. The Nurse will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans and ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Dubai DHA nursing license
• Experience in home health care, especially in administering medications and wound care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to educate patients and families
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to develop comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse patient populations
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
