Ontime Group is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse with a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care across various healthcare settings, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status, including physical exams and health histories
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety and clinical guidelines
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment, making adjustments as necessary
• Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and self-care strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and improve patient care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
  

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Prior nursing experience in clinical or healthcare settings
• Strong clinical skills with a solid understanding of nursing practices and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work environments
