Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Betterly, located in Sharjah. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The role involves conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, educating patients and their families, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the UAE
• Experience in providing nursing care, including patient assessments and treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
• Experience in mental health or wellness centers is a plus
