Saudi German Hospital in Dubai is seeking a Nurse Educator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs to enhance the competency and professional growth of nursing staff.
– Provide clinical teaching, skills training, and bedside coaching to promote best practices and ensure high-quality patient care.
– Assess learning needs through audits, observations, and feedback, and create targeted training plans.
– Coordinate orientation programs for new nurses and ensure timely completion of required competencies.
– Collaborate with nursing leadership to address performance gaps, training priorities, and clinical quality initiatives.
– Maintain updated knowledge of evidence-based practices, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
– Support continuing education, certifications, and professional development activities for nursing staff.
– Participate in policy development, quality improvement projects, and patient safety initiatives.
– Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions, attendance, and competency outcomes.
– Serve as a resource for clinical questions, education needs, and practice improvement.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; a Master’s Degree in Nursing is an advantage.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience.
– Previous experience in teaching, training, precepting, or clinical education is preferred.
– Strong knowledge of evidence-based nursing practice and clinical standards.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
