Danat Al Emarat is a world-class specialty women’s and children’s hospital in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.It offers advanced medical services across specialties including Neonatology, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Women’s Health. The hospital is one of the very few to encompass a dedicated Fetal Medicine Department along with a full-fledged Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the UAE. This has established Danat Al Emarat as a regional referral center for women with high-risk pregnancies,supported by its Level III NICU providing care for the most fragile newborns.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse III to deliver high-quality, individualized care to patients in perioperative, acute care, or intensive care settings. Reporting to the Assistant Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager, the RN III is responsible for ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing practices and actively contributes to staff development, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans.
  • Deliver advanced clinical nursing in perioperative, acute, and intensive care units.
  • Administer medications and assist in specialized procedures.
  • Promote a patient-centered approach considering cultural and social factors.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain continuity of care through effective communication.
  • Support patient and family education from admission to discharge.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize care needs and escalate as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification nursing experience.
  • Preferably with experience in specialized care and acute hospital settings.
  • Valid DOH license or eligibility.
