We’re Hiring — NICU Charge Nurse
Location: Saudi German Hospital, Ajman, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time / Immediate Start

🏥 About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Charge Nurse to lead our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit team. The ideal candidate must be a Native Arabic or Tagalog speaker to support our culturally diverse patient population.

📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and supervise NICU nursing team
✅ Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill neonates
✅ Oversee patient assessments, care planning, and implementation
✅ Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
✅ Ensure quality, safety & compliance with hospital policies
✅ Mentor and support nursing staff

📋 Requirements
🔹 Nationality: Arabic or Filipino preferred
🔹 Language: Native Arabic or Tagalog speaker
🔹 Valid UAE Nursing License (DHA/HAAD/Ministry of Health)
🔹 Minimum 3-5 years NICU experience
🔹 Previous charge nurse / leadership experience
🔹 Excellent clinical judgment & communication skills
