We’re Hiring | Nurse Supervisor
📍 Location: Ajman, UAE
🏥 Hospital: Saudi German Hospital – Ajman

Saudi German Hospital Ajman is looking for an experienced and dynamic Nurse Supervisor (Native Arabic or Tagalog Speaker) to join our clinical leadership team. This role is ideal for a motivated nursing professional with strong supervisory skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support nursing staff across assigned units
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and patient safety protocols
• Coordinate daily nursing operations and staffing schedules
• Monitor quality of patient care and implement improvement initiatives
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and management
• Support training, mentoring, and performance management of nursing team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• Valid DHA / MOH / DOH nursing license or eligibility to transfer
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with supervisory or charge nurse experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Healthcare experience in a hospital setting is mandatory
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
