Danat Al Emarat is a world-class specialty women’s and children’s hospital in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

It offers advanced medical services across specialties including Neonatology, Pediatrics, Obstetrics &

Gynecology, and Women’s Health. The hospital is one of the very few to encompass a dedicated Fetal

Medicine Department along with a full-fledged Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the UAE. This

has established Danat Al Emarat as a regional referral center for women with high-risk pregnancies,

supported by its Level III NICU providing care for the most fragile newborns.

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, competent, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care while collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient assessments and core nursing care in the OPD
  • Support women’s care services, including procedures and patient education
  • Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and the care team
  • Follow safety, infection‑control, and ethical standards
  • Contribute to quality improvement and departmental KPIs
  • Assist and guide junior staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Valid RN license (MOH / DHA / DOH)
  • Current BLS certification
  • 1-2 years of OPD and women’s care experience
  • Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Professional and reliable
  • EMR proficiency
