Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Tagalog-speaking Charge Nurse. Responsibilities include overseeing patient care activities, supervising and supporting a team of nurses, creating care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. The Charge Nurse will also communicate effectively with patients and families, providing compassionate guidance while addressing their needs and concerns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tagalog and English for strong communication with diverse patients and team members
• Nursing skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and administering treatment
• Leadership abilities to supervise and support a nursing team effectively
• Understanding of healthcare standards, regulations, and DHA certification procedures
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Current DHA license or eligibility is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in home healthcare or elderly care is an advantage
