SSBZH is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse – Long-Term Acute Care to provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care to individuals with complex medical conditions requiring extended hospitalization. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with chronic illnesses, post‑acute needs, and long‑term recovery requirements. The role will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to manage complex care plans, monitor patient progress, and support recovery in alignment with Department of Health (DOH) regulations and organizational standards.
