Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Nursing Trainer to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing nursing staff.
– Assess the training needs of nursing personnel and design curricula to address these needs.
– Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
– Stay updated with the latest developments in nursing practices and integrate them into training programs.
– Collaborate with nursing management to ensure training aligns with hospital standards and policies.
– Provide individual coaching and support to nursing staff as needed.
– Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in nursing (required); master’s degree in nursing or education (preferred).
– Active nursing license in Qatar or eligibility to obtain one.
– Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
– Proven experience as a nursing trainer or educator.
– Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficient in the use of educational technologies and simulation equipment.
