Description

To provide world-class, patient-centric care in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital. The role involves managing outpatient consultations, performing gynecological procedures, and ensuring compliance with the high standards of the DHA and the hospital group.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care: Conduct comprehensive consultations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans for a wide range of gynecological and obstetric cases.

Procedures: Perform minor and major gynecological surgeries and procedures as per scope of practice.

Patient Experience: Uphold the “Patient First” philosophy of the hospital, ensuring compassionate care and clear communication.

Compliance: Adhere strictly to DHA regulations, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols.

Collaboration: Work seamlessly with nursing staff, midwives, and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

Requirements

Education: Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) followed by a specialized residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience post-residency in a recognized healthcare facility.

Licensing: Must hold a current DHA license or have a DHA Eligibility Letter. (Candidates without DHA readiness will not be considered).

Skills: Expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies and performing gynecological surgeries. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
