Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role at Betterly, located in Sharjah. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, plan, and provide customized treatment programs for clients to help improve their abilities in daily activities. Responsibilities include working with children and adults with diverse physical, emotional, and developmental needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and monitoring progress to achieve therapy goals. The role requires a proactive approach to assess the specific needs of clients and create interventions that promote well-being and independence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices and experience in rehabilitation techniques
• Understanding of relevant medical knowledge and how it informs therapy practices
• Experience in working with pediatric clients and addressing their developmental needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and the multidisciplinary team
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the UAE
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
