Job Description

Coordinating and managing patient admissions to OR admission till done.

• Maintain streamlined care for patients entering their journey in the hospital.

• Coordinate

• Communicate and report admission issues to OR medical coordinator.

• Communicate and work effectively with colleagues from other departments.

• Reports daily, weekly and monthly reports to direct supervisor” OPD Manager”

• Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, auditors and internal customers.

• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams across different hospital departments.

• Demonstrating the ability to handle pressure in a dynamic and busy working environment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Possessing basic computer skills that are essential for managing administrative tasks and handling clinic-related documentation efficiently.

Requirements :

• Previous experience with outpatient clinic coordination is preferred.

• High level of customer service and professionalism.

• Team Spirit.

• Professional appearance and commitment

• High degree of organization and efficiency.

• Good communication skills.

• Excellent telephone skills.

• Empathy in dealing with patients at very difficult times.

• Knowledge of basic computer skills such as: MS Office, Outlook, Database, Document Imaging, etc.
