Role Description The Patient Services Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at Vitalia Clinics in Al Khobar. This role is responsible for greeting and checking in patients, managing appointment scheduling and follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth flow of patients throughout the clinic day. The coordinator handles incoming calls, responds to inquiries, confirms appointments, and provides clear information about services and processes. Daily tasks include verifying insurance details, collecting and updating patient information, and collaborating with clinical staff to support timely and accurate patient care. The role also involves maintaining patient confidentiality, managing records in line with clinic policies, and delivering a consistently professional and welcoming experience to all visitors.
Qualifications

  • Strong appointment management capabilities, including Appointment Scheduling and follow-up coordination.
  • Professional Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Verification processes and basic Medical Terminology to support accurate patient intake and billing coordination.
  • Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare front-desk setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency with patient management or scheduling software and basic office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and delivering respectful, inclusive patient service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare administration or customer service training is an advantage.
