Al Khayyat Investments – Pharmaceutical Division is looking for a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to lead our field operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a strong pharmaceutical sales professional with leadership experience who can drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and build strong relationships across pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics.

As a District Manager, you will play a key role in managing the field team, strengthening customer partnerships, and ensuring best-in-class execution in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives
• Drive sales performance and target achievement
• Expand distribution and market coverage across pharmacies and healthcare facilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and accounts
• Ensure strong field execution, merchandising, and promotional activities
• Manage customer agreements, discount alignment, and receivables collection
• Monitor team productivity and ensure effective territory coverage

What We Are Looking For

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Strong relationships within the Abu Dhabi healthcare market
• Commercial mindset with strong sales execution skills
• Ability to analyze data and monitor field performance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare market (pharmacies, hospitals, clinics) is an advantage
